INVOR’s financial stability is, of course, our main feature. The longstanding expertise of all our partner experts guarantees the unconditional quality of our pension products.

2. Professionalism
Well-functioning structures form the backbone of INVOR’s operations. The associated pension schemes and their respective commissions both control and determine the use of uncommitted funds. The interests of pension recipients are represented by a pensioners’ commission.

3. Legally abiding operations
The foundation’s governing bodies (made up of equal representation from its members) – together with company management, our expert partners, investment specialists and supervisory and cantonal regulatory authorities – ensure that all business activities conform to the law.

4. Transparency
A proportion of earned capital yields is used for the creation of reserve assets to ensure the financial stability of the foundation. The remainder is distributed to the individual pension schemes and their pension recipients who each receive an annual statement.

5. Product variety
Pension requirements vary from company to company. INVOR offers a wide range of pension plans that specifically meet the needs of different companies.

6. Regular updates
INVOR provides all of our affiliated companies and plan members with regular updates and financial statements covering pension plan details and investment returns.

7. Effective administration
Standardised pension plans and a streamlined business structure enable INVOR to run a cost-efficient administration, which is entirely financed through investment income. Thus affiliated companies pay no direct administration fees.
