Within the Invor membership structure an individual pension scheme is set up for each affiliated company. The pension commission of each employee benefits unit with equal representation supervises its own respective administration.

As the supreme governing body, the foundation council is responsible for the foundation’s overall organisation, its investment strategy, the creation of necessary reserves and provisions, setting interest rates on retirement assets and the allocation of applicable uncommitted funds to individual pension schemes.

An efficient pension fund administration, managed by Invor’s business management committee, is the key feature of our business structure, whereby all administration cost are financed by investment income.
