The Foundation Council, together with a team of external experts, regularly adjusts the portfolio in accordance with market developments. Long-term cooperation with specialised investment consultants ensures optimal growth, even in times of change.

Mandatory voting in accordance with the Swiss Ordinance against Excessive Remuneration in Listed Stock Companies (Verordnung gegen übermässige Vergütungen bei börsenkotierten Aktiengesellschaften, VegüV)

The INVOR foundation held no direct investments in listed stock companies within Switzerland and no collective investments (with relevant shares in Swiss companies) that would grant the pension institution a voting right in the reporting year 2020.
